“ON THE ROAD is Abraham’s bold new project, where the artist and his team embark on unimaginable journeys, visiting historical, paradisiacal, or perhaps unexpected places to record a historical series of live performances (Sax and DJ material). The first video of this project was shot in Ibirapuera Park and has been released. The second video was in Paranapiacaba, a place full of stories. Are you already curious to know Abraham Live’s next destination? Hop on board with us for updates, subscribe to the channel, follow us on Instagram, and stay tuned as we share everything with you.”
1º ACT - PARQUE IBIRAPUERA
The choice of Ibirapuera Park is, of course, to celebrate one of São Paulo’s most beloved landmarks—the place that has witnessed marriage proposals, photoshoots, first dates, family moments, leisure, and is synonymous with health for sports enthusiasts. Why not add a wonderful set to this list? The first video took place in this peaceful oasis amid the concrete jungle. What’s the next location? Do you already know? If not, just subscribe to Abraham’s channel for a surprise coming soon.
2º ACT - pARANAPIACABA
The choice of Paranapiacaba is a bit more personal for Abraham, as, for those who don’t know, his logo was developed from a photo taken on the tracks of Paranapiacaba. It’s no secret that Abraham has been a basketball fan since childhood, particularly a devoted fan of Michael Jordan. Consequently, he wanted his logo to feature an imposing shadow with a saxophone, reminiscent of Jordan’s iconic logo. Said and done! With the talent of Ale Fukugava behind the lens, this became a reality—a leap with the sax and a logo that will be immortalized. It was precisely in this location that the second installment of ON THE ROAD was filmed, carrying even more history to a place already rich with tales.
3º ACT - FÁBRICA DE SAL - 1.EP
The 3rd Act was marked by a mix of elements: an unusual location with a historical background, coupled with the audacity of recording 3 SETS in the same place—albeit in different settings. After all, the venue allowed us this feat. This fantastic place is the Salt Factory in Ribeirão Pires, a protected heritage site with an imposing architecture that only those who have been there can truly grasp. But don’t worry, the team composed of Ale Fukugava, Magnus from CW3 Productions, Gabriel Izar, and Analu Bitencourt, paid attention to angles and captured quality, ensuring you can immerse yourself in this journey. And anyone thinking that, due to its appearance of ruins, it carries a heavy energy would be mistaken. It was the opposite—a blend of adrenaline, emotion, and satisfaction.
A FUN FACT: The first live set of the project was recorded in-house. The intention was to execute a pilot video (test), exploring angles, scenarios, and various possibilities aiming for excellence in the small details, including sound treatment. It was named In The House because it was recorded in an enclosed environment, but it completely inspired what came next—ON THE ROAD. Get ready, as the upcoming destinations will take your breath away.
